Neighbourhood noise, such as noise from animals, alarms, machines and parties can be very annoying. You can often stop noise that disturbs you without involving your Local Council, the Police or the Department of the Environment and Climate Change (formerly the EPA).
The Department of Environment and Climate Change (DECC) have produced a series of brochures outlining steps you can take to prevent noise being an issue.
