Tumut Local Environment Plan 2012
An LEP is a statutory document which sets the legal framework for steering land development within a particular area. Tumut Shire Council is currently covered by Tumut LEP 2012. This LEP is currently being revised under the NSW Governments Planning Reform Program (Tumut Growth Strategy).
