Reservations
Reservation for burial plots can be made with the undertaker or Tumut Shire Council on (02) 6941 2550. Fees for burial plots are listed in the Tumut Shire Council Fees and Charges. Note the reservation fee is not deducted from the interment fee.
Burial Grounds on Private Property
Burial grounds on private property are not open to the public and records relating to these burials are not available to the public from Tumut Shire Council.
Information about burial grounds on private property may be included in the Small Cemeteries and Isolated Graves of the Tumut District produced by the Tumut Family History Group
Brungle Cemetery
Brungle Cemetery is located on McGruers Road Brungle, officially gazetted 12 August 1955, however it is believed to have been used before that. There is a section that was used in the late 1890s and early 20th century which were all unmarked graves. It is believed there was another cemetery associated with the Brungle Mission however it has never been located.
In recent year the cemetery has been divided into denominational sections

Talbingo
Talbing cemetery is located at St Paul's Church, Lampe Street, Talbingo.
Memorial Wall and Ashes Wall are located in the grounds of St Paul's Church.
