All official correspondence and invitations requesting Mayor, Councillor or Council respresentations at functions should be addressed to the General Manager and will be recorded in Council's Record Management System.

Matters of a personal nature may be addressed to individual Councillors and sent to their email addresses (listed below) or sent to Council's postal address, 76 Capper Street, Tumut NSW 2720 and they will be delivered to the relevant Councillor.

Mayor Trina Thomson
Councillor Thomson, Emeritus Mayor, has been a Tumut Shire Councillor since 2004 and was Mayor of Tumut Shire Council from 2008 to 2011 and 2012 to current. 

Cr Thomson is currently a delegate on the following Tumut Shire Council Committees:- Youth Council Committee and Interagency Forum.

Cr Thomson is Alternate Delegate on the Cultural and Sports Committees.

The External Committees Councillor Thomson is a delegate for include:- Floodplain Risk Management Committee, 'G' Division, Local Emergency Manager Committee, Local Environmental Plan Steering Committee, REROC Committee, Riverina Highlands Bush Fire Management Committee, RMS Consultative Committee, The Riverina Highlands RFS Zone Liaison Committee and Traffic Committee.

Cr Thomson is Alternate Delegate to the:- Tumut Region Visitors Centre Advisory Committee and South West Slopes Regional Waste Management Group.

 Deputy Mayor James Hayes
Photo Here  Cr Hayes is currently a delegate on the following Tumut Shire Council Committees:- Communications Committee, Friends of Tumut Wetlands Committee, Saleyards Committee and Snowy Works & Services Board.

Councillor Hayes is currently not a delegate for any External Committees.

Councillor Scott Stevenson

The External Committees Councillor Stevenson is a delegate for include; Local Environmental Plan Steering Committee and the Tumut River Advisory Committee.

Cr Stevenson is Alternate Delegate to the:- Murray Riverina Softwoods Working Group.

Councillor Sue Bulger
Councillor Bulger has been a Tumut Shire Councillor since 2000. 

Councillor Bulger is a current delegate to the following Tumut Shire Council Committees:- Aboriginal Liaison Committee, Aerodrome Committee and Sports Committee. 

The External Committees Councillor Bulger is a delegate for include:- Local Environmental Plan Steering Committee.

The External Committees Councillor Cross is a delegate for include:- Eastern Riverina Noxious Weeds Advisory Committee.

Cr Cross is Alternate Delegate to the:- Local Emergency Management Committee.

Councillor Margaret Isselmann

Councillor Geoff Pritchard
             Dr Geoff Pritchard, Emeritus Mayor, was Mayor of Tumut Shire Council from 1994 to 2004 and was re-elected to Council in 2008.   

Councillor Pritchard is a current delegate to the following Tumut Shire Council Committees:- Cultural Committee, Tourism Committee and Tumut Railway Precinct Committee.      

The External Committees Councillor Pritchard is a delegate for include:- Joint Regional Planning Panels, Murray Darling Association - Murrumbidgee Region, Murray Riverina Softwoods and Riverina Regional Library Service Committee.
